Please note; when ordering a ring, it is the customers' responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size. A ring ordered in the incorrect size can possibly re-sized, but this will be subject to a charge.

In the Netherlands an official examination of silver and gold is obliged. The company 'Waarborg Holland', is legally authorized to perform these examinations. They measure the purity of precious metals and emboss the jewelry with registered legal stamps. All golden jewelry of Twinklebird will be examined by 'Waarborg Holland' and will be marked officially. The silver jewelry has a '925' mark. Besides these legal marks, the jewelry also contains a unique mark which represents the designer of the jewel. This mark is officially registered at 'Waarborg Holland'. Every silver-, or goldsmith has to mark their jewelry with their personal mark, before it can be presented for examination. The unique mark of Twinklebird, contains the initials of the designer/maker, of this single-member company:

Most of the time Twinklebird works on her own collection. Customizing an order, like 14ct. solid gold instead of silver, can always be requested. A new design, like a custom made 'one of a kind' item may be possible if the design suits Twinklebird's possibilities and the design is completely in Twinklebird's hands. Because it is quite difficult to determine beforehand whether Twinklebird can comply with your request, it's best to describe your request and send it to info@twinklebird.nl
